To process credit cards online with E-Billing-Internet, you need a Bank account. This is the account into E-Billing-Internet deposits payments made through your web site.

Almost every merchant account provider maintains the following basic requirements for opening a merchant account.
• Have a web site.
• Provide your business name or Doing Business as (DBA) name.
• If you’re a company, we need copy of your Business registration.
• A copy of your last phone bill
• Clearly display your return policy.
• Have a valid Bank account.
• Have a valid postal mailing address for the checking account.
• Not be in active bankruptcy.
• Not have been convicted of credit card fraud or a related felony.

We will charge 15% ( for merchant ) and 25% ( for individual ) of the total amount of every transaction coming from your E-commerce site.
Regarding your activities, we will established a minimum and a maximum amount by transaction and by day.
In any cases, the minimum amount for a transaction is 10USD.
If you're an individual, you have to fax us a copy of your ID card.
All taxes due are your consideration. We take our fee on the gross amount.
In case of refund, we will deduce on your sales the amount of the refund. It's your responsabilitie to get back this amount from your client.
In any cases, we apply policies of Visa | Matercard | Eurocard regarding frauds and complaints

• Card processor fees
• Our fees as Billing gateway provider
We will withdraw funds to your Bank account every end of the following month.
By example, if you perform a sale of 100€ the 15-09-2004, you will receive on your bank account 85€ the last day of the next month. In this example, the 31-10-2004
